I bought 2 of these and when they arrived, I wasn't 100% happy with the background colour as it was darker than expected which didn't highlight the photos I had for them. I gave my feedback and was immediately offered a different background colour which was much lighter. They sent the replacements which I was easily able to exchange with the original and they looked much better. Their customer service was excellent and I am more than happy to recommend them.

The process of generating my Personalised Framed RAF Career Print was quite straight forward. The hard part was trying to remember the correct details for all my postings across a 33 year career - at one point I was averaging 18 months between postings. I was missing a couple of unit crests but I need not have worried as the friendly Four Prop staff were able to generate very suitable replacements. The overall product was professionally produced and was very much admired over the Christmas period. I can thoroughly recommend the product and the the Four Prop staff - they were always positive in meeting my needs and ensuring I was fully satisfied with the final edition before printing. In all, it took less than 3 weeks from order to delivery - in the lead up to Christmas too. I highly recommend Four Prop.

Well wrapped and print was perfect. Unfortunately the print had not been attached to the mount. On opening the print had slipped down and I had to disassemble the whole frame and secure the print to the mount and reassemble. Very pleased with the final look. Just disappointed with the issue of not being secured initially.
