My Order has not arrived. When can I expect my order?
Most items are made to order so typically take 5-7 days to be made. Depending on your location you will then receive your item within a further 5 days. If your item has not arrived within 3 weeks or if you would like an update on your order please email sales@thefourprop.com
What should I do if my item is damaged on arrival?
Unfortunately sometimes items do get damaged in transit. If your item does not arrive as expected please email sales@thefourprop.com and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
